Remington Nylon 12 question

Is $250 a good price of a Remington Nylon 12 that looks almost NIB? Has the original factory box too, not sure what value it is, it is a little beat up. I was just looking for a good bolt action as a first gun. The trigger pull isn't realy anything to write home about is it adjustable?

Blue Book of Gun Values shows $360 at 100%, $325 at 98%, $275 at 95%, $250 at 90% Hope this help's.

Thanks that helps. I would guess 98% to 99% is what the gun is...so $250 is good.
