I own commercial model GB and think I found a military model in a local pawn shop, but i can't tell if it is indeed military or just horribly misused.

Any military model specific attributes/details?

Single clip - $495

The price is definitely OK. The last ones imported in the late 80's ( 937 ) were the so-called "military model/variation" ( ugly Parkerized Slide ). They were the last ( "bottom of the barrel" ) guns that Steyr shipped to Guns South the U.S. importer/distributor. Some folks have reported functioning problems with these B.O.B. guns. If your buying it as a shooter rather then a collectors item, make sure it's functional. At that price though if it is one of the original "military models", it would be worth a lot more to a collector. My 2?.
