Good Day Forum,
First, let me express my most sincere thanks to all U.S. military veterans and to those currently serving!

I finally got the wife a clay gun in 20 gauge. Now I need to buy a bunch of shells for her to practice. The gun came with 5 chokes. I would like to know what size shot would be a good starting point and with which choke. My club offers 10 seperate stations, one of which is a 'rabbit' machine. So, I guess she'll be starting at the 'away' set up and moving on from there.
I don't shoot clay, thus my need for info.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

7 1/2 shot and how much experience has she got, if she needs help use the improved and move down when she get's better. She will not enjoy it if she can't hit them, when she starts hitting them move to mod and so on. I use improved and mod on my over and under. My 02 cent worth.[:D][:D][:D]

7 1/2 or 8 shot is fine, try it out with an improved/modified or a modified to start out
