What is an 'AR' and 'MDI'?

(No not AR-15/180/etc.) A seller says 'AR's should wait...' in one auction, and mentions 'MDIs' as a type of person in another. I'm new here. What is an 'AR' and an 'MDI' in this context?

C: When the gun arrived it was not the gun that was on the auction.
Response: Yes it was. AR's and MDI's should not play on auctions.
When the buyer has a complaint, whether or not it is valid, the seller owes him a professional response. As with several other feedback reports from this seller, this did not happen.
Once again, the importance of reading feedback & making a sound decision on whether or not you want to deal with that person.

Same here, I can't figure out what they could mean
But, don't miss the point here. Someone who would use obtuse insults is NOT the type of person most of us on this forum would deal with.
