help finding shotgun.

i am looking for a shotgun that was used in forein country. the shells for it are differnt. they are brass shells with a shoulder about in the middle of the shell. i have the shells but don't have the shootgun. i remembered the guns was listed in the shotgun news about 13 to 14 years ago. thanks any info.
