Slug Barrel for Franchi 48 ??

Not familiar at all with the Franchi shotguns but a friend of mine is hoping to find a slug barrel for one. I believe it is a model 48 2 3/4" 12 ga. Any ideas on a slug barrel for him or is he out of luck?
