POSP (ak scope) PARTS??

Howdy, I have stripped the funky turret screw wich contains the lock screw on my beloved 8x42!!! I see squat for parts sorce..............Any ideas short of going to the machine shop or buying a new scope????Anyone have a busted POSP they want to unload cheap?????? Thanks
