thanks guys,i bid on the trigger guard as suggested.it is the right one.been looking for a long time, the boy is going to smile.long history with this gun and has been sitting on the rack for more years then i care to remember.checked out the break down picture and indeed the screw for the front of the guard is done from inside, took out the pins broke it all down and will install the internal screw with a little bit of mild 2 part epoxy into the plastic trigger guard.taking a scrwewdriver to the mill to modify it and parallell ground it to fit the screw head.thanks again guys, i appreciate it!
