Did the Remington 11-48 410 come with magazine plug? 1958

    A friend bought a J C Higgens model 20 from a guy in Texas. It had a plug in it--it was a piece of a mesquite branch!

    Not going to hunt with this gun, it is 11-48 410 from 1958 new in the box. No plug. Just checking to see if came with one.

    huntsman 53, I bought it on gunbroker about a year or so ago. Don't see many like it. But that is the kinda stuff I like old 410's new in box. superposed 410 NIB 1974, remington 1100,870 410's and a 16ga from the late 1970's, Browning 42 high grade, Winchester 42 High grade (850 made 1993), browning A5 light 20 NIB 1972,browning b78 45/70 NIB 1976, Colt AR15 sp1 NIB 1979, There are a few more NIB and alot that are not NIB.
    I hunt old 410's HAHA
