Are these another Kel-Tec "take-off"? Are they of reasonable quality, etc.?

    Picture looks really close to the 380 Keltec but the pistol is bigger and heavier. It has better sights and a double stack mag.
    The Keltec P3AT still reigns as the smallest & lightest in its' class.
