What do you guys think about FN. I was thinking about getting one. Any comments? How do they stack up to Sig, or H&K

I own three FN 49's. Top quality fit and finish. These rifles shoot extremely well. I have a .308, 7mm Mauser, and 8mm Mauser. Never had a problem with them. They do tend to be a bit picky about ammo, underpowered loading can cause jams, and some don't care much for soft point bullets. Polishing the loading ramp uaually takes care of this. Remember, these were military rifles, so, fmj bullets work everytime. The 49 was the predecessor of the more famous FN-FAL. FN is a top shelf arms maker. In good, unaltered conidition, thier arms are comparable to any in the world. They make an excellent sporting rifle as well. Some 49's were reconfigured to sporters by FN. Different stock, sights, same great rifle.
Kill all the lawyers and the world will be much better for it.
I think he is talking about some new pistol. The only FN 49's I know about are rifles too.
Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.
Looks like a cheap Glock knock off to me.
