Model 94 30-30

Hi,

I have a rifle that belonged to my father. It is at least 10-15 yrs old and still new in the box. It is a Winchester Model 94 30-30. The serial number is 525****. I looked on a site where I entered the serial number and all it told me was it was manufactured after 1982.

I wish to sell this rifle but am not sure what kind of price tag it should have. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rick

The greatest benefit of listing a gun on the Gunbroker auction site is that you don't have to worry about how much to ask for it. "The market" allows you to get exact what it is worth.

Once you have signed up as a Gunbroker member, you can go to the GB home page & do a "smart search". Look for completed sales of similar rifles within the last 90 days, & this should give you a good idea of how much it will probably sell for.

If it was a pre-1964 model, it would be worth at least $100 more than those manufactured after 1964.

A friend will post your bail. A good friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying, "man that was fun!"

Your gun is worth about $250-$300 if you sell it yourself .

God gave us all a gift. Have you found yours yet ?
