    I have a 1952 Weaver KV (2 3/4 - 5)
El Paso that is absolutely 98 percent. Came off my 1952 Model 70 that was only fired 10 times. Rings and bar base. Any idea on value?

These are good scopes. They sell used for $50-$75 in excellent condition in my area.

Look just forward of the knurled ring and see what this is marked. If it says K-4, which I think it will, it goes back to the 1940-1970 time period maybe more. These were (are) excellent scopes and I used a K-6 on a .220 Swift for many years and preferred it to a 3-9X variable that I bought for this rifle. Haven't kept up with the current prices but look on the big auction sites and see what they are bringing. They sold for around $50 in the above mentioned time frame.
