    darbylous,

First of all, Welcome to the GB forums!

There is a lengthy list of cartridges that will fit into your receiver and I'm not going to attempt to get them all. The information you need to know is that:

    - the rim diameter is 0.532"

    - any of the standard belted magnums (2.5" to 2.62") will work with no
    problems. (.300 Win. Mag., etc.)

    - the long magnums (.375 H&H) with 0.532" rims will work with some
small fitting. But not the largest Weatherby's.

    - the new .375 Ruger will work.

    - you can use your reloading manual for a selection or get a list from
    the internet.

    Best.

Hello any thing with the same head diameter 264 win mag 300 win mag up to 458 win mag . as well as most Remington mags and many others . Cartridges of the world is a great book and also many reloading manuals give the Case sizes or just look in a reloading die set catalog Midway, Cabela's etc and see what shell holder head the 7MM takes and any other die set that takes the same shell holder will work.
