I just purchased a new CZ 452 Lux 22 rifle. I want to put a scope on this rifle. The rail is 11mm. Where can I get a set of rings that do not cost and arm and a leg. Thanks.

I have a few CZs with the 11mm grooved receiver. You can try Brownells, they may carry 11mm. My only gripe with CZ is that they charge big $$$ for accessories such as mounts, sights, magazines, etc.

I use plain old 3/8" rimfire rings on both my CZ rimfire rifles - I have Millet on my CZ 452 full stock & Weavers on my 452 Target model. They fit fine and I think you'll find that's the case with most 3/8" rings. Give the 3/8" a try, if they don't work try getting 11mm from Brownells.

The CZ American uses 3/8 rings, and they will work on the 11mm, but they are not a perfect fit. CZ's own rings fit great and they are well built rings, but they are expensive. Burris also makes a ring for the CZ, and a company called BKL makes rings that are designed to fit both 3/8 and 11mm. Many of the people who own CZ's use and like the BKL ring.
