Anschutz 64 bolt ?

Customer dropped off a Anschutz Match 64. The bolt head is seperate from the bolt body. It does not stay connected. The bolt body appears as though it should have "ears" to rotate in the head to assemble. They appear to broken off. I can't find a schematic to verify. Anyone know where? Also, if it is the bolt body broken, anyone know where I could get a replacement? I can't find anything at Numrichs.
