Yugo M-48 converson to K98 stock

Is it possable to take a K98 stock and install it on a Yugo M-48?

The m48 action is 1/4 of and inch shorter...so basically it wont fit correctly. If you want to make your m48 look like a Kraut mauser, then just get the parts to convert the long handguard to the shorter German one for the best look.

How about the bayonet? I just bought a Yugo M24/47. I want to look for a bayonet at the next gun show I go to. Will a Kar 98 bayonet fit?

The bayonets interchange for most mauser 98's whether they be Yugo, Czech, Belgian, or German. The only ones I know will not work are Turk guns.
