Can anyone tell me about this modle and firearm. Sorry no pics. Came across one at the in-laws and it seemed interesting. 22 cal signal shot drop block, with lever like an old sharps.

This rifle was produced from 1913 - 1941 and while there is a real good collector interest, there are a gazillion of these puppies around. Values range $100 for an average condition rifle to about $300 for a minty one.....

Produced by Stevens in .22 cal (common) and .32 rimfire (rare). My sources say that it was manufactured from 1912 to 1939.*

The Crack Shot was reintroduced in the 1970s. I don't know if it is still in production.

Yes, I just bought one, about $200 I think. Wanted a mate for a wallhanger I also have.
