.500 S&W?

I saw a NEF single shot today chambered for 500 S&W. My question is, what kind of range/velocity would this cartridge have out of a 22" barrel? I was thinking about getting one for close range deer here in the East >100 yards.

I looked around the store, but could not find any cartridges to compare it with.

similar to a boozaka would be my w.a.g. i don't mean to nose into your business but don't you think a .500 is just slightly heavy for close range deer? but then again it could save alot of that messy cleaning of the carcus after you nuked him.
