Redfield Rings

I would like to know how they measure the height of the redfield rings. Also I'm looking for a pair of low Redfield rings as the ones I have are to high. contact me at

    I don't think that Redfield has a different set of parameters for measuring than any other ring makers. The two methods I'm aware of and use are:

    Measure from the top of the base to the bottom of the inside of the ring. ('L' shaped line)

    Measure from the top of the base to the center of the ring. (bracket on right side)

    Lots of folks ask how to measure to the center of the ring. The ring diameters are usually either 1" or 30mm in diameter so you just take 1/2 of that diameter and add it to the measurement of the base top to the inside bottom of the ring.
