Older rem mdl 700 BDL help

I picked up a remington mdl 700 BDL custom deluxe in the original box with hang tag and instructions. In 30-06, Looks like the gun has never been fired. The box is dated 12-12-1981 where he bought it thru jc penny. The gun has no flaws that i can find. What is the real world value of this gun?

    Beltfed- A real world value would be 475.00-525.00. The 30-06 chambering is the most common, so that doesn't help the price. But if somebody wants one rifle they most likely will buy a 30-06.
