I don't think any DA Colts were made in 41 RF. It should be a centerfire 41 Long Colt.
The K marked Colts may be German Kriegsmarine.

You will have to either post photos of the Colt or give us a specific physical description, including all markings. For us to be able to identify it.

.41 RF came in two flavors - the standard, which is a very short derringer load and the far less often seen so-called long which is believed to have been created for a single model of derringer (IIRC, Colt). Speaking strictly from the perspective of a cartridge collector, I am not aware of any revolvers which were chambered in either .41 RF round.

There were three .41 CF loadings - short, long (most common) and a seldom-seen intermediate case which is kind of a mystery although it has a "LDA" (Long Double Action) headstamp.

It's always possible the revolver was modified to shoot the RF round, but highly implausible.
