PA-63 Firing pin malfunction

I got FEG a PA-63 9x18 pistol at a gunshow back in December. I just finally got a chance to go shoot it this past weekend. I took it out to the range, loaded the mag with Sellior and Beloit 9X18, and tried to rack the slide. Well the first round misfed, so I did the "tap, bump". Slide didn't move, so I dropped the mag, and tried rack the slide to try and eject the caught round. Mag drops fine, as I pull on the slide the slide drops and the round chambers and fires, without me touching the trigger, and with the safety on, which is why you always point your gun downrange no matter what. Anyway, the pistol is cleared, I lock the slide back and the firing pin is protruding and bent with the primer stuck on the end. Anyone heard of this happening before? And anyone know where I can get a new firing pin for a PA-63?

I own 2 PA-63s, having gotten them new last year from J&G Sales; maybe they bought replacement parts, too?
Never heard of them having bad FPs, though.
