Get one of these for a Mac 10, .45acp.
Grease gun mags work on the older Macs with slight modification to the mag release catch. Otherwise, they're the same.

I had an M3 in Vietnam. The little "hook" on the back of the wire stock is the magazine loader. A good surplus parts house may have them in stock. Hope this helps. Joe
