Reasonable value of HS takedown rifle ( 99% condition) from the late 90's . On Remington 700 actions. (308 and 30-06). How desireable are these guns?

if in that condition $3,000-$3,500.
would be handier and more desirable to me with calibers that were not so close ballistically

I mean a single HS Take down rifle in 308 or 30-06 . On 700 acion. in 99%?
