Repeat, that is not so. The 10 ga magnum did not come out until well into the NID (New Ithaca Double) range of production.
I would call that false advertising if I thought I was bidding on a goose gun.

Bismuth Cartridge Co is again loading 2-7/8" 10ga shells for these guns. So the winner can take her duck hunting. Safe in old fixed choke guns, and legal for waterfowl
