I was just given a interarms/ Rossi revolver. The model is 971 357 mag. with a six inch barrel. The cly seems to be bent on the shaft that it turns on? Also the shell ejector rod and spring appears to be gone? My question is, is this just a paper wieght or are there parts available to repair this gun? Thanks John//////////////

I'd bet there are parts around. Sounds like it was Dick Tracyed once too many times. For what you have in it support your local gunsmith. All the Rossi I have had shot ok and were good value for the money.

There is only 1 factory authorized Rossi gunsmith: M&M Gunsmiths, Alexandria, VA.

Hey Neal...they were the guys who repaired my Rossi levergun and did a fantastic job. The extractor was grossly oversized and would not even close on a chambered round without ripping most of that area of the rim clean off. The trigger was pi** poor, but when I sent it back I didn't even mention that. The gun came back as slick as goose poop, and with a nice 1 1/2 pound trigger that broke like glasss! They are good sh**s in my book.
