All I could find is .357 and .45 Colt.

Second Edit:
not 4-5/8" but : http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=85083134
The 4 5/8" was catalog # KBN474. I have one of the 7 1/2" Stainless .44 Mags.

KBNV = Stainless Blackhawk New model Vaquero with high polish finish
474 = 44 Magnum caliber, 4-5/8 barrel
Earliest known KBNV-474 is S/N 55-03522, a 1993 production date. There is one for sale now at the RugerForum with a 56-39xxx S/N, a 1997 production date. Another one sold over the week end on Gunbroker with a 57=73xxx S/N, a 2000 production date. LL has dates of 2002-03.
I would suspect Ruger made them from 1993-2005 when production ended for these full size Vaqueros.
With all that said, you would think they would be easy to find, THEY ARE NOT, but they do come up for sale now and then.
My 2 cents.[:)]
looks great, can't wait to fire that puppy. Its makes a nice mate to my 9 1/2" SRH
