magazines are still falling out of my Kahr PM9

I posted this question before I installed a new magazine latch. Well, Kahr customer service said my magazines were falling out of my PM9 because I needed a new
magazine latch and spring. They arrived today. I put them in today.
Went to Bass Pro to try the pistol out. After one or two rounds the magazines consistently fell out again. This is after I put at least 300 rounds through it and a new magazine catch and spring. They fell out with all 3 brands of ammo I used. Anyone know how I can fix this? Will new magazines fix it or will they fall out too? Thanks .

-Start keeping detailed records of the problem and your contacts, including names, dates, etc.
I would get hold of Kahr, get authorization to return the gun to them and send it in. Include with the gun a dated and signed, written report in minute detail of the problem you are having, your previous dealings with them and your attempts to correct the problem following their advice, etc. Tell them in no uncertain terms that you want the gun completely inspected, gone through and fixed imeediately and returned to you no later that 30 days from the date of your letter. Insist in the letter that they mic all critical areas of the frame to ensure it meets new-gun specifications (I believe you said your gun is new). If it does not meet specs., you expect a new gun from them.
Also state that you want a detailed report from them saying what they did to correct the problem. Don't make any more attempts to fix it yourself. This is their responsibility.
Take close-up photos of the gun before you send it in.
My guess is that during firing, and recoil, your hand or some part of your hand, is hitting the mag release button, have another shooter fire the pistol and see if the same thing happens.
Bingo.
