I have aquired a S/S NE 12 Gauge Beretta which appears to be marked 408 on the forend.
It has a third fastner on the action face that consists of a round pin the protrudes on closing.
I can find no reference to this model and or if parts are common to the 409.
The forend releases by pushing on a recessed button half wat along the underside of the forend.
Can anybody assist me please
