HI, You should be able to e-mail them back. That would be the only way to answer questions people have. I've always been able to e-amil people back. As far as the bidder wanting out. I know people are going to say don't let them. However, It would probably be much easier for you to do that. If they don't want the item, chances are you will never get paid. You will be wasting your time. If you leave bad feed back, it's been my experience that these type of people will then leave you bad feedback for spite.

Headers of the mail (technical stuff at the top) indicate that it was bounced because he has had his yahoo account deleted/terminated/closed for some reason....

-This lady made a mistake in bidding on your item.

People make mistakes and there's no reason to push the issue if she wins your auction. Personally, I would not hold her to buying your item if she wins. As far as your reply being bounced, I don't know. Perhaps as noted, their account was suspended for some reason.

All you will be out is time and the cost of the listing, although GB may let you off the hook for that if you explain.

Also, I would leave good, positive feedback for this lady. She tried to get a message out to you and obviously is not sophistocated about doing business on GB.

wolf has a good point. she obviously didn't know what she was doing and she was trying to make it right. i'd try to contact her again and if it doesnt' work and she wins. just relist and leave neutral feedback. just my opinion

Just ask GB for a listing credit.
