30-06 Barrel Marking - Horse head?

Does anyone recognize this barrel marking? It is on a 30-06 rifle with very few identifying marks.

    Palladin have gun will travel [}:)] This looks like was made in the 1960 with one of the model 98 MAUSER TYPES actions looks like a Williams rear sight and Safety I have a stock that is almost a twin that I got from SHOTGUN NEWS in the 1960's for $19.95
