An original Krag military stock is nearly as rare as hen's teeth.
If you can find one the price will be sky high. Even the beaters are expensive. A lot of people, myself included, have sporterized Krags & would like to convert them back. The good news is that sporterized stocks can be had easily & fairly cheaply.

Buy it, that is a great deal. The price on the krags have been increasing rapidly for the past few years. Even a fair condition gun is goin in the $600 to $700 range.

Buy now or let one of us have a chance at it. Replacement military type stocks are available through people like S&S Firearms. A new stock may need a little fitting and a finish coat. Like the others said an original stock, either rifle or carbine is nearly impossible to find
