I have a Winchester model 94 30-30 with a Tasco 4x32 scope SN#2205125, I am thinking about selling this rifle, it is in excellent shape, can anyone tell me how old it might be, and what it might be worth

I have purchased a Model 94 in 30-30 without safety and with vertical eject. How can I tell whether it is a pre or post 1964 model?

I own a Winchester model 94 30-30. It is a top eject lever action with all wood stocks this like me rem. 1100 is over 30 years old and still performs great. Model 94 30-30's have probably killed more deer than any other rifle on the market and many people still choose to use them. I dont believe I know anyone who hasnt owned or owns a 30-30. Anybody that owns one or has previously owned one please feel free to express your feelings towards the Model 94 30-30.

Serial number is 3635152. I am looking for information on this firearm. I'm looking for more for history and age than value. Any information would be appreciated.

If you look on the BOTTOM of the action in front of the lever if you see a screw head then it is Pre 1964 Post 1964 do not have this screw head. The lever is mounted differently

Do all pre-64's also have a steel butt plate and post being composite?
    Thanks

First, what is the serial number? If it is >2,600,000, then it stands a 99.99% chance of being a post-63 manufactured gun. If it is <2,600,000, then we will need to know a bit more about it.

there is a stick at the top of the page labeled 1894 facts. Please take a look at it, and have your serial number handy to cross refference it to a date.
