Win 52C ? for 'Old Timers'

Ive bought a heavy barrel 52C, my eyes have gone south and Im sure 25 yards will be the max using iron sights, which period scope (Unertl) and max power, model did folks use on these guns as I love the 50 and 100 yard shot.I would also like to use the same scope rig on a pre 64 220 swift varmint rig as well as trying to put the 10/22 boys with the super sniper 9x93 scopes to shame! very best

Brier, what power scope did you get, did the scope blocks come with the scope? thanks

Most M-52's carried a Lyman scope. (if they had one at all) 10X to 14X is all the glass you should need.

I have both a Lyman Super Target Spot and a Unertl in 15x on my 52's. The blocks came on my rifles, but there are plenty of people selling sight blocks here and on E-Bay. Good Luck and have fun.

I have a Unertyl 10X on mine. At 50 yards it is awesome. reindeer

Used a 14X Unetyl on my 52B for years for prone competition. You can see your heart beat in it even with a leather 10X jacket and a sweatshirt. It got interesting during the last few rounds of a good string.
