Rossi M88 is it +P rated

I saw a rossi model 88 stainless 2" revolver with fixed sights the other day. Does anyone know if this pistol is 38+P rated? Any personal experiencesis appreciated. Thanks

    I have had a couple of Rossi 88's as personal guns and sold hundreds of them when I was a dealer. In my opinion, they are the best 38 special wheelgun for the money that you can buy.

    As far as the plus-P rating, they will handle them on an occasional basis, and as good as any other small frame 38 special will.
