Astra 960 revolver

Are these good, servicable weapons? I noticed the price has been dropping in the past few months. Does anyone know if they are Spanish police turn-ins or came from somewhere else?

Here's my small collection of Astra revolvers .I think they were great guns.Top is the Astra Terminator .44 Mag.second is the Astra 960 .38 Spl.It's about the same size as a S&W mod 15 and 19 but about 4ozs heavier.Bottom is the Astra .45 Colt.[^][^][^][^]

If you are talking about the 960 revolvers that SOG is selling for $109 then they are in great condition. We bought several and sold them out the door for $150. I kept one for my self and the finish was graet, looked as thought it was never used. For the money they are excellent IMHO.

I've got an Astra 357 I bought last summer. It aint bad. Not anything like my Dan Wesson 357 of course. If you want a solid piece of protection and wont be upset if it got lost or stolen from your car, and dont wont to be out alot of money.....its worth the 100 to 200 bucks.

I just picked up this Astra 960 today. it was in great mechanical condition, but the grips are banged up somewhat and the bluing has some wear showing at the tip of the muzzle and on the backstrap. This gun locks up tight and has a nice feeling trigger pull. I'm glad I bought this overlooked revolver-since it is a very nice gun, indeed! I think that it will give me a lot of enjoyment at the shooting range? It looks to be well built too!

I have been thinking about a good 38 revolver. The Astras look very good. Are adjustable sights standard? Did they make any 32 S&W or
    32 magnum?
