Ran across this rifle a couple times and is for sale now. Franchi, imported by Stoeger stamped on barrel. Takedown stock in a green canvas covered hard case. .22 survival type rifle

One seller claimed it was Canadian Air Force issue (?????)

What are they worth, any help appreciated.

We recently had another question on the Franchi .22 rifles. Little is known about about them. I can't find any reference to them making any rifles for Stoeger.

If you have access to any of the older Stoeger's "Shooters Bibles" you might look in them to find any mention of the Franchi rifles.

I have one of these rifles, actually it was the first rifle my dad got me we got it almost twenty years ago and paid $250.00 for it then. It is a little tempermental loading I remember it taking certain ammo better then others but is very accurate.
