Does anyone know how to contact the A-Square gun company? The e-mail on the website is no good and the phone number has been disconnected. Is there another number or e-mail? Every where i look and everyone I talk to refers me to the same website. I've been trying to contact them for about 3 weeks now. I'm beginning to think they did go out of business. That would be sad.

A-Square is a manufactrurer of REALLY high end safari guns and has their own proprietary line of dangerous game cartridges. Super expensive, and super effective on those big uglies! I'll fdo a little digging, but I fear they are out of business.

    The company's new contact information is: A-Square Co., 205 Fairview Ave., Jeffersonville, IN 47130; (812) 283-0577, fax: (812) 283-0375, email: jsmith@asquarecompany.com.

This was from 2003, but I hope they are still around. I have fired a few of their guns (part-time job at a rifle range that affords me great chances to shoot guns that are WAAAAAAY out of my budget!)and if you can handle the recoil, they are VERY well put together (I think they use 1917 Enfield actions...super strong) and field some of the most bone crushing cartridges ever made. The 500 A-Square is legendary in the dangerous game fraternity. Art Alphin was (and I think still is!)a groundbreaker to be sure!

    Sorry...didn't see your edit before I posted...I'll keep digging...back in a few

    bsuttonnb,

Those are the correct phone numbers but the e-mail shouldn't have Jim Smith's name on it since he no longer owns the company. It might work, I don't know because I call these days. Art has ownership back and is running the company. I spoke with him at last year's SHOT Show.

    bsuttonnb,

Well that's unfortunate. I dug around some more and found this listing with different phone numbers. Like I stated above, I talked to Art in person last year but I haven't had the opportunity to chat with him since.
