I was looking to purchase one of these but wanted to know a few things first. How quite are they? Is it a red rider or louder? Do they lose a ot of velocity when you shoot CCI Standards through them? And how quite are they when using these loads. I am interested in purchasing one for target shooting and I have a place to shoot in my back yard out in the country but the neighbor has horses out in front of the house and they get spooked.

I have a 77/22 silenced by SRT, and it is quiter than a high power pellet gun. The porting in the barrel does usually slow the bullet down below the speed of sound.

I prefer a muzzlecan like the ACC Pilot.
That way you can move it from platform to platform.
The interally suppressed are a few db's lower in sigature.
But I would not trade for my muzzlecan.
    Threaded for 3 10/22's, Savage bolt 22, Browning Buckmark, PT22, Walther P22 & others.
Shot subsonics or CCI standards, sounds like a BB gun, if even that.
