REmington model 25 25-20

i DON'T KNOW AMYONE ELSE WHO HAS ONE OF THESE Nor have I read anything about them. Mine feeds ejects and shoots perfect. I as justwonder8ing how well they hold up to modern ammo and if anyome out there knows a good gunsmith who fixes em if something should ever break?

    Great rifles and fun to shoot just like a malin model 27 High quality on both most gunsmiths under 50 years old never seen one.

    Hi. Had one for years. Great little rifle, very handy to carry. Killed a lot of small game with it and even a couple of antelope and mule deer.(Any center fire was legal at that time) When the law changed I traded for a 243. Wish I had kept it.

    Have a couple but in 32-20. Factory literature said they handle any standard ammo including high speed loadings. One of mine had a broken firing pin. Fortunately this (2pc)part is available.
    Remington advertised these rifles for target and game from squirrels to deer.

    Sorta like the old Savage 23's...what memories they hold! Excellent rifle by the way...sure wish I had one to compare against all my 23's!

    These guns are pretty solid and reliable. If you take care of it you should have no problems with them. Flyingwoolf usually has some parts for them(I think its flyingwoolf).[:p]
