value of a remington model 58 sportsmen?

I was wanting to get some idea on the value of a remington 58 sportsmen chambered in 3 inch magnum. I think it was manufactured in September of '59. The blueing is about 98%. Stock and forearm in great condition. I have a few other 58's and also a couple of 48's, but I have never seen one in 3 inch. Can't find it in any of the gun books, either. Thanks for any information.[8]

    The Blue book says: 98%-plain barrel $250.00; VR barrel $305.00; ADD 5% for magnum in 12ga.
    My book is two years old, but much never changes in them over a year or two. I'm sure it would bring alittle more in the gun market, I use the Blue book only as an information guide. Hope this helps.........[:D]
