Remington 1100, extra barrel

I have a Remington 1100 trap gun (30" barrel, full choke, no tubes). The barrel does not take tubes. I would like to use this gun for skeet and sporting clays. What barrel length and tubes do I need?

Hello trap guns normally have the stock set up for rising birds/Targets so they have a high comb. You might not be able to shoot skeet or sporting clays well with your gun and different barrel as far as barrel lenght the shorter the barrel the faster the swing.Skeet choke for skeet all kinds of tubes for sporting clays.

i shoot skeet with a Ruger sporting clays 30" and have no problems. try it with your gun. can you say SMOKE BOMBS becas when you hit one that is what will happen. i have shot skeet with my ruger red label full and modified. you may miss a few that you would get with skeet choke, but whats the fun in that?IMG_0600.jpg
