Is there a web store that deals army surplus rifles to the public i.e. Garands, Mausers etc?

Either an FFL or for one that does not sell firearms and only collects older ones; a C&R (Curio and Relic license)
Therefore no web dealer can deal directly with anyone that is not properly federally licensed.

But like said, all will only send to licensed individuals, either yourself or your local dealer/FFL.
