Retail price of a Browning A-5 Circa 1997

Anybody remember the retail or street price of a Browning A-5 light in the last year of manufacture - 1997? Not the final tribute version in 1999.

    I believe both the Light 12 & Light 20 were MSRP $850.00 or so.

    The MSRP may have been that much but they generally didn't sell for that. Depending on the model, etc. they generally sold for between $525 and $675. The store where I was working at the time sold the last of theirs for $250. They were going out of business; I bought six.
