Encore 450 Marlin with muzzle break

I recently saw this barrel for sale used at Gander Mountain near me for $150. Is this a good deal? I have never bought a pistol barrel. What do these barrels typically go for? I appears to be in very good shape.

    150 bucks for an ENCORE pistol barrel is a good buy. The muzzle break adds value too. If you buy it, HANG ON AND WEAR HEARING PROTECTION.

    Good price. As new with a brake I'd say they're about $240.00 and an "OK" used price would probably be about $190.00 or so.

    I have a 45/70 with brake. Reloads are a bit stiff, so I'd say the 450 Marlin will get your attention.

    Really watch your ears. My wife got permanent blast damage from a S&W .460 while using earplugs; she was under a shed roof and all it took was about ten rounds.
