What ammo is good for HK rifles???

It seems that within this month I will have my PTR-91F. I have been dreaming about it for a LOOONG time. Being aware that it has a fluted chaimber, I would like to ask which ammo is OK to use in it.
I know that plastic cased ammo is a no no in fluted chamber rifles, what about Steel cased? Is it OK to use Wolf, Barnaul and Bear ammo in an HK style rifle with a steel chaimber?
