I just emailed them a few weeks ago. If you are looking to buy one, I am sorry to tell you that you are SOL. When I enquired about buying one they told me that they are no longer manufacturing any arms. They are contracting out for R&D work now.

That would explain why my order that I placed with them never came in.

Same happened ot me, but I was wanting a 45 ACP setup for a small ring mauser.

I'd been emailing them every month for over a year, they say "we'll have some next month" I say " email me when I can pay" and they say "ok" then nothing... until I started it all over again.

Saw the change on the website a few weeks ago, sold the small ring mauser.

I was waiting to order the R22 until they came out with the iron sights they kept teling em about that would make it look like an MP5. I got screwed as well.

Someone is selling parts from that business name on another site. Barrels mostly.

The reason I asked is I took one in on a trade and am going to sell it but I really wanted more background info on them. Mine looks like the MP5 and is a complete custom biult rifle that uses AR15 fire control parts. Mine did not come with a mag and wanted to know what type of mag it uses. From what little info I have read on the net they are supposed to use steel lip 10-22 hi caps but I did not want to buy one unless I was sure it would work. It is listed on GB if you want to see what the MP5 style R 22 looks like. Any info would help.

    It uses the 10-22 mag.
I would advise against ordering anything from Rhineland, I'm hearing a lot of complaints of money taken and product not delivered.
