Help I. D. Shotgun

I have a J. Stevens A&T Co. double barrel 12 ga. shotgun. 30 inch barrels, full and modified. The only markings other than J Stevens A&T Co., and address, are the numbers 3127 on the underside of the barrels, on the table, forestock metal and forestock wood. Based on pictures in one of my books, I believe this is a model 225 hammerless boxlock. Is there a reference that may help me find the correct info for this gun?
