Over 100 years old. Henri Pieper was a noted Belgian firearms manufacturer. His business was taken over by successors, after 1905. At this late date, original parts would be hard to obtain. It's doubtful if the value of the gun would justify, custom made parts.

It was made in Belgium, most likely in the 1890 - 1913 timeframe, and very very likely, it is not worth the time, money or effort to repair. Most of those old Belgian scatterguns have laminated (damascus) barrel, and they are not safe to shoot with modern shotshells. Collector value is nearly non-existant.
